Pfizer's nasal spray - farham pooyesh

The US Food and Drug Administration has approved Pfizer’s nasal spray for rapid pain relief in migraine sufferers.

Zavzpret spray can relieve pain 15 minutes after use, according to the Analytical News Agency

This drug is also known as zavegepant, which is one of the inhibitors (CGRP) drugs.
This medicine is safe for people with cardiovascular risk factors and does not cause headaches caused by overdose. On the other hand, nasal spray is also useful for patients who are unable to swallow pills.
Zavzpret’s approval was based on last phase data from a study that showed the drug achieves 13 of 17 targets compared to placebo, including pain relief in 15 minutes and normal function in 30 minutes.
